I discovered the benefits of Yoga during the Pandemic when I was not able to play football. The physical benefits were evident quite quickly: improved flexibility, less back pain, better posture, increased muscle tone and more strength. Besides these improvements, I started to love yoga because I felt more and more connected to my true core, to my heart and intuition. Practicing Yoga means to me that I create space for self care and I check- in with my body, my breath and mind.

In my classes, I include a small meditation and intention setting that guides us through the whole session. The second element is breathwork as it reduces stress and anxiety and boosts the immune system. My Yoga flows are quite dynamic, connected to the breath, activating and stretching every body part.
