Yoga feels like a little bit of magic to me.
Over the years, my practice has changed. It has evolved from something strong and physically demanding into something softer, more aware, and more connected. I think it mirrors the connection, compassion, and intention that the practice itself has brought to my life. So these days, I am most interested in the sensations that movement brings to the body: listening, feeling, and finding that inner connection through practice.
Yoga is not something I will ever master, it continues to evolve, and with it, so do I, and I am just so curious about it, about all 🙂
I am deeply grateful to yoga for always being there for me, for the freedom, grounding, and perspective it has given me. I hope you can experience some of that too. Whether you have a solid practice, you are just starting your journey, or are simply curious to try, I will be there to guide and support you.
When teaching, my intention is to create a space where you can, explore body and mind with curiosity, and maybe discover a meditative state through movement.
Most of our classes will be accompanied by music. I love creating playlists that help us sink deeper into the practice. Every now and then, though, we’ll practice in silence, allowing ourselves to be present even with a busy or noisy mind.
So, if my Italian accent doesn’t bother you, I’d love for you to join me on the mat 🙂
When I’m not on the mat, you’ll probably find me spending time with my family, friends, and my cats, enjoying a good beer, brewing kombucha, or cooking (and eating, of course) delicious vegan food 🌸
