With a decade of experience in body awareness and movement, I have always prioritised a healthy connection to my body.
My journey began at 16 when I started practicing yoga while working as a Professional Model. Over the years, I have deepened my exploration of body dynamics through studying Hatha Yoga in France, Thai massage in Asia, Pilates in Barcelona, and various movement practices.
In my classes, I blend elements of Pilates and yoga to help individuals cultivate a sense of grounding and connection with their bodies. I also incorporate a restorative Yoga Nidra practice at the end of each session, promoting relaxation and a reset of the nervous system.
My passion lies in helping people leave feeling more connected to themselves and the world around them.
