I teach a dynamic vinyasa, focusing on breathing as the driving force for the flow.
Students are encouraged to listen to their body, and decide how far to take their practice. You can have a go at tricky transitions, strong inversions and arm balances. I believe every beginner can do a side crow!
I have seen it happen many times, want to try? You can also take a lot of breaks, take it easy – no pressure in this yoga class!
Yoga is a fun, sweaty adventure. If you can breathe, you can do yoga!
