Yoga practice is a tool to make my body happy and my mind at ease.
I was born in Moscow, have an education in math and IT. I have been leading a legal company for 20 years. In 2008 I moved to Prague, which is now my beloved home.
I am in yoga for 10 years. My mindset and attitude to life and to the whole world changed a lot in a very positive way due to yoga practice. I am a certified Teacher of Yoga Alliance RYT-200 and a certified teacher of Skola Karma Jogy v Praze.
From personal experience, I can say that focus on breath with pranayama techniques allows us to temporarily escape our everyday thoughts and worries, giving way for self-focus. Muscle strength and flexibility provides one with more self-confidence and gives a sense of fulfillment from the ease of movement of the body.
For me – yoga practice is a tool to make my body happy and my mind at ease. That is how I learn to enjoy every moment of my life.
Yoga is my passion and joy, it is a pleasure to share with you everything that I have learned and am still learning from other teachers, students and my own practice.
During my classes together we will gain strength, flexibility and balance in a joyful and mindful way.
