Vinyasa, Hatha yoga

Yoga practice is a tool to make my body happy and my mind at ease.

I had my first yoga class in 2008… and since then each class gives me something new: a movement, feeling, sound, my own body response to stillness or movement, magic of breathing exercises…

I was very shy in my teens and adulthood. Yoga helped me to become more open to the world, to be present, to understand and face my fears strengths and feelings, to accept them, live through. I learned to be sensitive to my body, which always gives me a feedback of what I feel and what I need at the moment.

Yoga is my passion and joy, it is a pleasure to share with you everything that I have learned and am still learning from other teachers, students and my own practice.

About my classes  – I believe our body can heal itself when we listen to it.

I add natural movements to classic yoga poses (when we listen to our body where it wants to go or where it wants to stay in a particular frame) … each class is a different though the style is the same  – gentle flow, gentle stretch, yoga therapy for the back and hips, breathing exercises, and a smile.

My education in yoga:

2017 – YTT 200 with Noah Maze (LA USA)
